By accessing, registering on, or using gologame in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents together form the complete agreement between you and gologame.

Your acceptance is indicated at the point of registration when you tick the relevant confirmation box and submit your registration form. It is also implied by continued use of the platform after any updates to these Terms have been communicated to you.

gologame reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via your registered email or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be a minimum of 18 years of age to register and use gologame. This is a firm requirement with no exceptions. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

gologame carries out age verification as part of the identity verification process required before your first withdrawal. Players found to be under 18 will have their account closed immediately. Any balance held at the time of closure will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Players who are self-excluded from any other gambling platform, or who have previously been excluded from gologame, are not eligible to register a new account. Attempting to do so is a breach of these Terms.

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on gologame at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether using your own information or information belonging to another person — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

When registering your gologame account, you are required to provide your genuine full name as it appears on your CNIC, your active Pakistani mobile number, and a secure password of your choosing. The information you provide must be accurate and complete. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. gologame will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify gologame support immediately so we can secure your account and investigate.

gologame is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawal requests. This process — Know Your Customer (KYC) — is a standard requirement for all regulated gaming platforms and exists to protect both players and the integrity of the platform.

The KYC process requires you to provide:

• A clear photograph or scan of your valid Pakistani CNIC (both sides)
• A selfie photograph clearly showing your face alongside your CNIC
• Proof of payment method ownership (for example, a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet showing your registered number)

Verification documents should be submitted through the Account Settings section of your gologame dashboard. The review process typically takes between 24 and 48 hours for standard accounts. Your documents are handled with strict confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

gologame reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time if there is any reason to doubt the accuracy of the information on file. Accounts for which KYC cannot be successfully completed may have withdrawal access restricted until the process is concluded.

All gologame accounts are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage, and gologame charges zero transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals via any supported payment method.

Supported payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard issued by Pakistani banks. The minimum deposit is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for Bank IBFT. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 1,000.

Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly — typically within 2–5 minutes for mobile wallet transactions. Bank IBFT transfers are credited within the same business day for transactions submitted before the daily processing cut-off time of 9:00 PM PKT.

Withdrawal requests are processed by gologame within the following timelines for fully KYC-verified accounts:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: 15–30 minutes on business days; occasionally within 60 minutes during peak times
• NayaPay / SadaPay: 15–45 minutes on business days
• Bank IBFT: Same business day for requests submitted before 9:00 PM PKT
• Visa/Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank

gologame reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for large deposit amounts. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) requirement and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

All bets placed on gologame are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, or market on which the bet is placed. General principles that apply to all bets on the platform are as follows:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Once a bet slip has been accepted and a reference number generated, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• gologame reserves the right to void bets placed in error — for example, where an obvious pricing error has occurred. In such cases, the stake will be returned in full.
• All PSL and cricket bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB or ICC). gologame will not settle bets based on unofficial scores or interim broadcasts.
• If a match is abandoned before a result is possible, pre-match bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. The specific rule for each market is noted in the market description at the time of betting.
• In-play bets are accepted in real time. Once a ball is bowled, wicket falls, or play concludes, bets placed for that outcome are settled immediately — gologame operates on a zero-delay settlement system for live cricket markets.
• The minimum bet on any market at gologame is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.

gologame's trading team monitors all betting markets for unusual patterns. Bets that appear to be placed with knowledge of match outcomes, or as part of a match-fixing scheme, will be voided without payout and reported to the relevant authorities.

The gologame live casino operates with real dealers, real physical playing cards and equipment, and live HD video streaming. All rounds are final once the dealer has completed the deal or spin as applicable to the game being played.

The following rules apply to all live casino games on gologame:

• Players must have sufficient PKR balance to cover the bet placed. Bets will not be accepted if the account balance is insufficient at the time of placement.
• In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino round, the round will be settled based on the outcome recorded by the game server at the time of disconnection. gologame is not liable for connection issues on the player's side.
• If a dealer error occurs — such as a misdeal in Andar Bahar or Baccarat — the round may be voided and stakes returned at the discretion of the platform provider.
• The minimum bet and maximum bet per round are displayed in the game interface before any round begins. Players should check these limits before entering a table.
• gologame's live casino games — including Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Teen Patti, Roulette, Blackjack, and Speed Baccarat — are provided through certified third-party live studio providers. All games comply with the provider's own game rules, which are available within each game interface.

gologame offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. The specific terms of each promotion — including eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus funds — are communicated at the time the promotion is offered and form part of these Terms.

General bonus rules that apply to all gologame promotions unless otherwise specified:

• Bonuses are issued in PKR and credited to a separate bonus balance in your account. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be wagered according to the applicable wagering requirement before any part of the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
• A wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies by default unless the specific promotion states otherwise. For example, a bonus of Rs 1,000 requires Rs 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.
• Bets placed using bonus funds in live casino games where the player's theoretical return-to-player (RTP) exceeds 95% may not contribute fully to wagering requirements. The exact contribution percentage is listed in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are valid for the time period stated in the promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements after the expiry date will result in the bonus balance being removed.
• gologame reserves the right to withdraw any bonus in the event of suspected abuse, including but not limited to placing opposing bets, using duplicate accounts, or participating in coordinated bonus clearing.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gologame. Violation of any of the prohibitions listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Match fixing: Placing bets with insider knowledge of a pre-arranged outcome in any sporting event.
• Fraud: Using stolen payment credentials, false identity documents, or any form of fraudulent financial instrument to fund a gologame account.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using coordinated staking patterns, or exploiting technical errors to generate bonus-related profits unfairly.
• Software interference: Using bots, automated betting software, exploits, or any third-party software designed to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Money laundering: Using gologame to process funds generated through illegal activity. All suspicious activity is reported to relevant authorities in line with our AML obligations.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or play while under the age of 18, or providing false age information during registration or KYC.
• Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider or bank after placing bets with those funds on gologame.

gologame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account where there is reasonable suspicion or confirmed evidence of a breach of these Terms, a breach of applicable law, or any activity that puts the platform, other players, or the integrity of any game or betting market at risk.

In cases of confirmed fraud, collusion, match fixing, AML violations, or underage gambling, gologame reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance held in the account at the time of closure — including real-money deposits. This is a last-resort measure and is applied only where the breach is clearly established.

Players may also choose to voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting gologame support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be returned to your verified payment account before closure is finalised.

If gologame closes your account for reasons unrelated to any breach on your part — for example, a decision to withdraw service from a particular region — your real-money PKR balance will be returned in full to your verified payment method within 10 business days.

gologame is committed to responsible gaming and requires players to engage with these obligations actively. You are responsible for managing your own gambling behaviour. gologame provides tools to help, but ultimately the responsibility for responsible gambling rests with the player.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all players at no charge through the account settings panel:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit caps that you can set and adjust. Any increase to a limit is subject to a minimum 7-day cooling-off period before it takes effect.
• Session time limits: Automatic logout after a specified session duration you set in advance.
• Loss limits: A maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period before betting is halted automatically.
• Reality check reminders: Periodic on-screen notifications informing you of your session duration and net betting activity.
• Self-exclusion: Temporary or permanent removal of access to your gologame account. Temporary exclusions range from 24 hours to 12 months. Permanent exclusion cannot be reversed.

All data is encrypted using 256-bit SSL at rest and in transit. Your wallet credentials (Easypaisa or JazzCash PIN and app login) are never stored by gologame at any point. All authentication with payment providers happens directly between you and the provider.

gologame is not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: server downtime, network disruptions, payment processor outages, force majeure events, or changes in applicable law that affect the platform's ability to operate in a given jurisdiction.

Gambling inherently involves risk. gologame is not responsible for gambling losses incurred by players while using the platform in accordance with these Terms. You acknowledge that you bet at your own risk and that no outcome is guaranteed.

gologame does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance and emergency technical work may result in temporary unavailability. We will endeavour to minimise such disruption and will communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.

The maximum liability of gologame to any individual player in respect of any single incident is capped at the PKR balance held in that player's account at the time of the incident, excluding any amounts that are subject to active wagering requirements.

gologame may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes may reflect new platform features, changes in applicable law, updates to payment policies, or refinements to responsible gaming obligations.

When material changes are made, gologame will notify you via the email address or mobile number registered on your account, and/or via a prominent notice on the platform. Non-material clarifications may be made without specific individual notification.

The effective date at the top of this page reflects when the current version was last updated. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of gologame after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which gologame is licensed to operate. In the event of a dispute between you and gologame, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally through gologame's customer support process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of being raised, the matter may be referred to the relevant regulatory body under gologame's operating licence for adjudication. gologame will cooperate fully with any such regulatory review.

You agree that you will not initiate legal proceedings against gologame in a jurisdiction other than the one specified in our operating licence without first exhausting the informal and regulatory dispute resolution processes described above.
